Learn from your corrections

Turn the corrections you keep making into a glossary term.

Steps

  1. In the book’s Glossary tab, find the “What you keep correcting” card and click “Look for what recurs”.
  2. Read the table: “The model writes”, “You put”, and how many times. Only your corrections of the model’s text count, not your second thoughts on your own corrections.
  3. For a replacement worth keeping, click “Make it a glossary term”, then check the new entry in the glossary and adjust it.

What to know

The report reads the corrections already stored and calls no model. A replacement shows up once it has been made at least three times, in several passages; twice in one paragraph is a sentence being rewritten, not a habit. Nothing is applied until you choose to: a correction otherwise stays in the passage where you made it.

Fictional example

You replaced “sourit légèrement” with “esquissa un sourire” in many passages of a fictional volume 1. Make it a glossary term so that volume 2 starts with it.
