Hosting
- This site, the licence server (sub.libris-translate.com) and the support desk (support.libris-translate.com) run on a virtual server rented from IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany (phone +49 721 170 5522), in a data centre in Germany.
- Public traffic first goes through a reverse proxy, an encrypted relay run by the publisher on a server rented from OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France (phone 1007 from France). Mail leaves through the publisher’s own mail server, also hosted by OVH SAS in France.
- The image registry (registry.libris-translate.com) and the source code are hosted by the publisher, on his own servers.
- The data of these services stays in the European Union, except for online payment and support reply drafts, as set out in the privacy policy.
Consumer mediation
A consumer may refer a dispute with the publisher, free of charge, to the consumer mediator Société Médiation Professionnelle, www.mediateur-consommation-smp.fr, Alteritae, 5 rue Salvaing, 12000 Rodez, France, after first writing to support@libris-translate.com. The conditions are set out in article 15 of the terms of sale.
Intellectual property
The Libris Translate software, its documentation, the texts and images of this site and the Libris Translate logo belong to the publisher. They may not be copied or reused without permission, apart from short quotations and what your licence allows. The screenshots show fictional books generated by the Libris Translate test suite.
Personal data and cookies
This site sets no cookie, carries no advertising and loads nothing from anyone else. It measures its audience with GoatCounter, installed on the publisher’s own server, without a cookie and without keeping your IP address. The trial form sends your address straight to the licence server. How personal data is handled, this measurement included, is set out in the privacy policy.
